I couldn't fault this place apart from the front desk staff being on the shy side. Aside of this, they were friendly and helpful to any requests I had. The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view and ample toiletries. From the moment you walk into the lobby, this property is very aesthetically pleasing and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is clean and has kind professional staff. The rooms are pretty small and have minimal toiletry. There is no complementary water, and mini bar prices are too expensive. At my room, the aircon was too cold, and changing the temperature had no effect. Had to turn it on and off multiple times during the night.

Great hotel, nice big bathroom, comfortable beds, bar fridge etc. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Short walk to the heart of fortitude valley nightlife, train station and Woolies. 24h manned front desk. Great value.

Booked online 3months ago to avoid the inconvience, its a great experience that the process online was too easy to booked. Arrived and assisted by the staff. Great experience and to be honest the room I got was so beautiful and has these great vie and very comfortable to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!!

I recently stayed for 2 days last February and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered each morning. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Brisbane. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the city. Thank you

Perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The staff was very helpful, stored my bags and allowed an early check in. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is just a short walk to the train station, and a direct train to the airport. Very nice and at a reasonable cost.

Modern hotel - artistic touches in the floor mats and the colourful wall behind the comfortable bed. Liked the green living wall in the foyer. Badly designed room. Unnecessarily huge shower / ensuite. Fan in the bathroom - permanent white noise - never turned off! Bedroom / living space was too small. Only one chair. Friendly staff. Housekeeping - too casual - missing drinking glasses / tea cups / hairdryer. Uncomfortable metal chairs on front deck for food service.

As I travel Australia wide with my work, I've stayed in Soo many hotels/motels etc. Returning to Brisbane, on the odd occasion to catch up with friends and for rnr. Has never been as pleasant as this visit and my stay, my now permanent choice of accommodation, the Kennigo Hotel. I thank the staff, for their faultless attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy and warmth. I was truly made welcome, for that I am grateful. The room, spotless, odour free, spacious and without a doubt, the most comfortable bed in my recent memories! Seriously! 👍👍 Comfortable, convenient, gold standard.. Do your self a favour and try this mob !! Tell em I sent you!
